IMPORTANT INFO TO NOTE:

When you take out a membership with Olympus West:

- It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that you are paying your membership "on-time" 

- It is your responsibility to make us aware if you want payments to stop or that you are leaving us (7 days prior to payment date) simply cancelling the DD with your bank doesn't complete the process & all outstanding payments MUST be cleared before we can cancel any membership or account.

- If you have "outstanding payments" on the account & you try and work around the system by creating another profile in an attempt to dodge paying your bills, it will violate our policy & your membership will be cancelled until you clear your outstanding payments.

- If you cancel your DD mandate with your bank & choose to pay your membership by CARD at a day of your choice, this is not a "rolling DD" it now becomes a CASH membership (not rolling) which will be charged at the £35 opposed to £29.99 DD.

We are a small local business that deal with rising costs & our bills and DD's come out on the same date every month so all we ask is that our members to adhere to what they sign up to as we do not have the luxury to cancel, pause or dodge our DDs each month.
